We offer full service staffing for any event. Staffing and Operations fees apply. For large events a catering coordinator will go over all aspects of service and customize to your event needs.

~Consultations with our Catering Coordinators (our experts will lead you through the entire planning process!)

~Unlimited access to contact our coordinators for questions/advice/referrals and more… through text/email or call anytime!

~Free complimentary tasting of the entrees and side dishes of your choice (Dessert/Cake tasting available upon request)

~Assistance with Rental Items and Contracts through reputable, proven vendors (additional rental charges apply if this service is needed)

~Coordination with the facility and other vendors to make sure your day is perfect!

~Reception/Event Setup -our staff will arrive and set the buffet, facilitate the food, bus tables, tear down buffet and clean up all dinner related items

~ Fancy disposables are included in our service fee for all large events (Plates, silver plastic ware, napkins etc.)

~Experienced Staff: Regardless of your type of service (i.e. Buffet, plated, or stations) our staff is there from beginning to the end of food service ensuring that everything runs smoothly for your guests!

Assisting guests that need assistance (i.e. Grandma-Grandpa, Mom’s w little one, etc.)

Taking care of leftovers (to-go containers, or donation drop-off)

Busing of all tables and facility

Cake Cutting or Dessert Service (boxing of leftovers)
